It's been over two months since I started taking BHT to control my outbreaks, and although in this short period of time, I've gone through a stressful move, and being retrenched from my previous job, I'm pleased to say and very surprised myself that I still haven't had an outbreak!
I want to say thanks to all my readers, and all the support that I have received, and I wish all of you a very very happy outbreak free 2008!
If you looking at purchasing BHT, I get mine from House of Nutrition and have been very happy with them.
