Hope everyone is well and still sticking to their New Years resolutions! I'm back on caffeine, and I've already ordered take-away a couple times this year.. however, I've still managed to stick to one of my resolutions. Today I have quit smoking for 3 weeks!
Regarding my outbreaks, it has been 87 days since I've had an outbreak! Every time I write one of these posts, I keep thinking I'm going to jinx myself and end up with an outbreak the next day.. but surprisingly still nothing!
I hope everyone else using BHT is having the same amount of luck as me!

I have genital warts/HPV and am going to start on a BHT regimen myself to see if it works. I'm deciding to take St John's Wort with the BHT. I read that it aids the BHT with it's antiviral properties. I'll keep checking up on your progress and also keep you updated with mine. Hope it works!!
Would you mind going into a bit more detail about what you typically experienced prior to your experiment and what you've seen so far?
